High Performance Construction Lab

In 2016, the Whitbeck team created the High Performance Lab. This model home features various cut-aways and see-through sections, that give you an inside-look at how high performance wall systems, floors, HVAC, insulation and more are constructed and finished. This model home was constructed on the site of our first showcase of homes property and then transported to Orlando in 2017 and 2018 for the Home Builders Association International Builders Show.
